IFC to subscribe to $7.5-m worth foreign currency bonds of Vivimed Labs

International Finance Corporation (IFC), an arm of the World Bank, will subscribe $7.5 million worth Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of Vivimed Labs Ltd.

The Hyderabad-based company informed the BSE on Thursday that IFC had entered into an agreement with it in this regard.

The subscription would be done on private placement basis, it added.
