IFMR gets ICRA rating for AIF

Rating agency ICRA has assigned management quality rating of ‘AMC Quality 2’ to IFMR Investment Managers Pvt Ltd. The rating provides high assurance on management quality. This is the first fund management quality rating assigned to the manager of an Alternative Investment Fund in India. IIMPL is the investment manager to IFMR Finance for the Freedom Social Venture Fund (Trust), an AIF (category-I, social venture fund), which will focus on providing debt funding to entities in the microfinance segment in the form of medium- to long-term senior and subordinated debt.
