Ind Swift Laboratories allots shares to promoters

The board of directors of Ind Swift Laboratories has approved the allotment of 16.93 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each at a premium of ₹45 a share to the promoters and promoter group company on preferential basis. Shareholders of the company, during the AGM held in September 2013, had approved a CDR package for the company. The stock on Monday closed at ₹28, down 2.4 per cent.
