Mahindra Holidays completes Covington's acquisition

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd has informed the BSE that Covington S.a.r.l, Luxembourg, has become its wholly owned subsidiary following the acquisition of 100 per cent stake in Covington by MHR Holdings (Mauritius), which is also a subsidiary of Mahindra Holidays. The deal takes effect from July 17. Shares of the company closed at ₹309.65, up 0.5 per cent over the previous day's close.
