SPIC sells 2.8 cr shares to Lotus Fertilizers

Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation on Wednesday said Ficon Holdings Ltd, Mauritius, of the promoter group has informed the company about the sale of about 2.8 crore equity shares of ₹10 each to Lotus Fertilizers, Chennai. SPIC has informed the exchange that as per the forms filed with the company, the sale has been effected on September 26. Shares of SPIC closed at ₹25.95, down 2.26 per cent on the NSE.
