Shriram EPC defers rights issue plan

Shriram EPC has informed the BSE that its board, which had met on July 15, has decided to defer the proposed rights issue to a later date. The company will intimate further developments in this regard, it informed the stock exchanges. The stock gained 1.6 per cent ₹32 on the BSE.
