The promoters of Vaibhav Gems have acquired nine million shares for Rs 37.57 crore through their open offer. The voluntary open offer was made to consolidate the promoter group's holding, said the Jaipur-based company in a statement.
The promoter group which made the open offer include Ms Deepti Agrawal, Mr Rahimullah, Mr Nirmal Kumar Bhardiya and Shivam Properties. The open offer was made at Rs 41.75.
