US stocks ended the session higher on Monday led by commodity-related shares which recovered from last week's collapse.
The Dow Jones industrial average gained up 46.09 points or 0.36 per cent to 12,684.83. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was up 6.09 points or 0.45 per cent at 1,346.29. The Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 15.69 points or 0.55 per cent to 2,843.25.
