Aarti Ind: Eyes on buyback decision

The board of directors of Aarti Industries will meet on Monday to consider a proposal to buy back the company's shares. Analysts will be keen to know the quantum of shares proposed to be purchased by the company, the price of the issue and the issue size. Besides, they will watch for a clue on whether promoters of the company that caters to dyes, pigments, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and rubber chemicals businesses will also participate in the proposed buyback.
