Akzo Nobel India has inaugurated a new laboratory at its Thane site on July 2. This laboratory has been established at a cost of about ₹1.3 crore and will focus primarily on catering to the needs of the agrochemicals sector. Akzo Nobel, makers of a range of coatings, speciality chemicals and decorative paints, owns the Dulux brand. With housing/infrastructure set to get a boost from the Budget, keep an eye out on the company’s share performance.
