The board of directors of Amines & Plasticizers on Thursday recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the existing equity shareholders. The proposal is, however, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting to be held on September 23 at Guwahati, Assam. On Thursday, the stock of Amines & Plasticizers closed at ₹32.35, up 4.9 per cent, on the BSE.
