Shares of print media firms, such as Mid-Day Multimedia, HT Media, Jagran Prakashan and Sandesh may see some momentum on account of assembly elections. States such as Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Assam, Kerala and Puducherry are going to the polls between April and May.
That would mean a lot of advertisement opportunities for these companies. During most poll seasons, shares of these companies have done well.
