The board of Aurionpro Solutions will meet on Monday to conisder a buyback proposal. Shareholders would be keen to know the size and the price of the buyback, besides its promoters' interest. The mode of buyback - whether through open market or by tender process, will also be closely monitored. Meanwhile, the company on Friday said that it won an order worth over ₹20 crore from a leading bank in Singapore which will be completed by February 2020.
