Bhartiya International allots five lakh shares against warrant

The board of Bhartiya International on Monday allotted five lakh equity shares of face value ₹10 each to a warrant holder belonging to the promoter group, upon conversion of an equal number of warrants. The stock of Bhartiya International edged down 1 per cent at ₹529.85 on the NSE.
