Bhushan Steel to sell steel division

Bhushan Steel is selling and leasing oxygen units at its steel division in Meramandali in Odisha, the company informed the stock exchanges after market hours. Bhushan Steel’s net loss widened to ₹454 crore in October-December against a loss of ₹69.32 crore in the same period a year ago, mainly on the back of higher finance cost and a meagre growth in net sales. Investors and traders will closely monitor the development.
