BN Rathi rights issue opens on Wednesday

The rights issue to the shareholders of BN Rathi Securities will open for subscription on Wednesday. The company is offering shares at ₹15 a share to eligible shareholders in the ratio of one equity share for every one share held. The ₹3.78-crore rights issue will close on February 10. The company plans to meet margin money requirements (to be maintained with the exchanges) from the proceeds. Over 3,700 shareholders hold 33.65 per cent stake in the firm.
