What to watch. Bosch, BEL buyback offers open on Thursday

Buyback offers from Bosch and Bharat Electronics will open on Thursday. Through the ₹2,020-crore buyback offer, Bosch plans to buy back 8.78 lakh shares at a price of ₹23,000 a share. Bharat Electronics plans to buy back 1.66 crore shares at a price of ₹1,305 apiece. BEL and Bosch had fixed September 27 and September 6 as record dates for the respective buybacks. Both the offers are on proportionate basis through the tender route and promoters are likely to particpate.
