BPCL maintained its firm trend to extend its morning gains by the close on the NSE on Tuesday. At 3.20 pm the share was trading at Rs 811.60 as against Rs 769.30 at close on Monday. This was a gain of 5.50 per cent.
Tata Power edged up further to trade at Rs 77.10. This represented a gain of 3.70 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 74.35.
Reliance Industries trimmed some of its morning gains at 1.94 per cent. It was trading at Rs 826.5 as against Monday’s close at Rs 810.75.
GAIL (India) edged down a tad to trade at Rs 387.35 as against Rs 380.05 at close yesterday. This represented a gain of 1.92 per cent.
Tata Motors rode up 1.88 per cent at Rs 3,489 as against Rs 3,425.30 at close yesterday.
