Century Plyboards (India)

Century Plyboards (India) has informed the BSE that shareholding of the company in its associate firm -- Century Infotech, has increased to 75 per cent on May 19 from 50 per cent earlier. Consequently, Century Infotech has become a subsidiary of the company from May 19. Shares of Century Plyboards closed at ₹193.10, up 0.16 per cent, on the BSE.
