Change of guard at ED level in SEBI

S Ravindran, Executive Director (ED) in-charge of Corporation Finance Department at SEBI has now been entrusted with Special Enforcement, Investigations and General Services. RK Padmanabhan, the ED in-charge of Investigations, will now look after Market Intermediaries Regulation and Supervision Department (MIRSD), Regional Offices, FATF/ KYC and IT departments. The ED in charge of MIRSD, PK Nagpal will now look after Corporation Finance Department, besides the Official Language Division.
