Aqua Logistics Ltd's board of directors on February 10 concluded the placement of 4,112,000 Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) at $15.17 a GDR (representing 94,576,000 shares of Re 1 each) totalling to $ 62.379 million and also allotted 94,576,000 underlying shares. The GDRs will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd has entered into an agreement with Gulf Petrochem India Private Ltd wherein it intend to take on lease 90507 sq metres of land at Pipavav Port to develop an initial tankage facility of 1,00,000 KL.
