CSK revamp to keep India Cements in focus

Shares of India Cements will remain in focus on Wednesday, as the company board is meeting to discuss re-organisation proposals of CSK Cricket Ltd. The company had earlier hived off the IPL (Indian Premier League) franchise to CSK Cricket Ltd. The company, which last week informed the exchanges that it has completed the documentation process, appears to be preparing to shed equity in the franchise. Besides, the board will also announce its October-December numbers.
