DCW board approves ₹80 cr rights issue

The board of DCW has approved raising ₹80 crore through a rights issue. The board has also constituted a committee and authorised it to decide on the terms and conditions including the nature of security, issue size, issue price, timing of the issue, rights entitlement ratio, record date and all other matters in consultation with the lead manager to the issue. Shares of DCW gained 1 per cent at ₹27.95 on the BSE.
