Digjam has informed the exchanges that iPro Capital, part of the promoter group, sold 25,500 shares of the company through open market operations on August 16 and 17. Following the selling, iPro’s stake in Digjam declined to 7.85 per cent from 7.88 per cent. Shares of Digjam closed flat at ₹10.55 on the NSE.
