Digjam shareholders meet on Dec 12

Digjam has informed the exchanges that following its application to the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, the Court passed an order on Monday. According to the order, a meeting of the equity shareholders of Digjam should be convened on December 12 even as the meeting of the preference shareholders, as well as secured and unsecured creditors will be dispensed with. Similary, the Court also ordered the meetings of Digjam Textiles’ shareholders and creditors to be dispensed with. Shares of Digjam closed at ₹8.50, down 2.9 per cent on the NSE.
