Essel Propack to raise ₹30 cr through CP issue

Essel Propack will raise ₹30 crore through issuance of commercial paper on private placement basis, the company informed the stock exchanges on Monday. The papers, rated A1+ by CARE, will be issued on Thursday and will mature in 60 days. However, the company has not disclosed the coupon rate for the commercial papers. Shares of Essel Propack gained 2 per cent at ₹245.95 on the BSE.
