Eyes on buyback plans of ECE Industries

The board of ECE Industries will meet on Wednesday to consider a buyback proposal. Traders and investors will be keen to know the price, size and mode of the proposed buyback. The stock, delisted from the BSE, is available for trading only on the NSE. Earlier in 2012-13 too, it had announced a buyback at a maximum price of ₹125 a share. Currently, the promoters hold 63 per cent stake in the company and the public 37 per cent.
