What to Watch. Eyes on Sintex results, rights issue

The board of Sintex Industries will meet on Thursday to consider a rights issue to existing shareholders. The board will fix the terms and conditions of the rights issue, including price, size, entitlement ratio, fractional entitlement and record date to determine eligible shareholders. The board will also consider a debt issue for ₹1,000 crore on private placement basis and financial results for the quarter ending June 2016.
