The rights issue of one more company will hit the markets on Monday. Fortune Financial Services plans to issue up to 2.27 crore equity shares of face value ₹10 each. The company offers four equity shares for every five fully paid-up shares held on the record date February 9.
The issue price has been fixed at ₹90. The funds raised through the ₹204-crore issue will be used for investment in its wholly-owned arm Fortune Credit Capital.
