Goldman Sachs Asset Mangement buys Kolte-Patil shares

Goldman Sachs Asset Mangement International on June 5 bought 1,886 shares of Kolte-Patil Developers . Following the acquisition, Goldman Sachs' holding (along with persons acting in concert) in the company rose to 5.002 per cent from 4.999 per cent. At the end of March, foreign institutional investors’ holding in Kolte-Patil stood at 10.80 per cent. Shares of Kolte-Patil edged down 1.8 per cent at ₹205.25 on the BSE.
