Greenply Industries on Wednesday informed the exchanges of realignment of its holding in its step-down joint venture company namely - Greenply Alkemal (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Accordingly, the company’s investment of $37,50,000 (37,50,000 ordinary shares) in the JV company, which was held through Greenply Trading Pte. Ltd, is now being held through Greenply Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore, the existing wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Both Greenply Trading Pte Ltd, and Greenply Holdings Pte Ltd are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Greenply Industries. The stock climbed 3.6 per cent at ₹136.90 on the BSE.
