Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed the exchanges that its board of directors has approved delisting of the company’s equity shares from the National Stock Exchange. The companies’ shares are listed on the BSE as well. The stock on the NSE did not see any trading activity while it closed at ₹3.36 on the BSE, down 4.8 per cent.
