The ₹2,000-crore rights issue of Indiabulls Ventures will open on Wednesday. The company plans to issue 8.33 crore partly paid-up shares of face value ₹2 each at ₹240 a share to eligible shareholders in the ratio of three shares for every 16 fully paid-up shares held as on February 12 (record date). While 25 per cent of the issue price (₹60) will have to be paid with the application, 15 per cent (or ₹36) will be paid on first and second calls and the rest 45 per cent (or ₹108) on third and final call.
