ITCONS E-Solutions bags work orders worth ₹2.06 crore from HCL, Wipro

ITCONS E-Solutions shares move up on BSE

ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd has secured multiple work orders totalling ₹2.06 crore from two major IT companies. The company has received contracts worth ₹1.43 crore from HCL Technologies Ltd and ₹62.67 lakh from Wipro Ltd, both for providing technical manpower services.

The shares of ITCONS E-Solutions Ltd were trading at ₹505.00, up by ₹1.60 or 0.32 per cent, on the BSE at 12.27 pm today.

The HCL Technologies work orders, valued at ₹1,43,72,400, inclusive of all duties and taxes, involve technical support services and on-call support services to be completed by March 31, 2026. The Wipro contract, worth ₹62,66,867.89, covers technical manpower services, with a completion deadline of November 30, 2025. The company disclosed both orders to BSE Ltd under regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

According to the regulatory filings, both work orders involve supply of manpower services to domestic technology companies. ITCONS confirmed that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in HCL Technologies or Wipro, and the contracts do not constitute related party transactions.

The company, which trades on BSE under scrip code 543806 and symbol ITCONS, will provide technical manpower services as part of the engagement. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Pooja Gupta signed the disclosure document submitted to the stock exchange.
