JP Power’s current market capitalization stands at ₹12,295.11 crore and the company witnessed substantial market participation with a traded volume of 1,396.96 lakh shares, translating to a traded value of ₹246.42 crore

JP Power emerged as one of the most active stocks on the National Stock Exchange on June 10, 2025, with significant trading activity driving investor attention. The stock were trading at ₹17.97, registering a gain of ₹0.24 or 1.35 per cent from the previous day’s close of ₹17.73 at 1.18 pm.

The power sector company witnessed substantial market participation with a traded volume of 1,396.96 lakh shares, translating to a traded value of ₹246.42 crore. The stock opened at ₹17.89 and touched an intraday high of ₹18.24 before declining to a low of ₹17.08 during the trading session.

Market depth data showed strong buying interest with buy quantity standing at 2,42,79,408 shares against sell quantity of 1,84,75,582 shares. The deliverable quantity represented 33.60 per cent of the total traded volume, indicating a mix of investment and speculative activity.

JP Power’s current market capitalization stands at ₹12,295.11 crore, with a free float market cap of ₹8,565.53 crore. The stock has been trading within a 52-week range of ₹12.36 to ₹23.77, with the current price band set between ₹14.18 and ₹21.27.

The stock’s annualized volatility of 57.51 per cent reflects the inherent price fluctuations typical of power sector stocks, while the applicable margin rate of 23.28 per cent indicates heightened risk perception among market participants.
