Lumax Automotive board meeting put off

Lumax Automotive Systems has informed the exchanges that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the board meeting scheduled to be held on August 14 has been adjourned. The agenda of the board meeting was to approve the unaudited financial results of the company. The new date for the board meeting will be notified shortly, the company said. Shares of Lumax Automotive slipped 2.7 per cent at ₹45.45 on the BSE.
