Lyka Lab’s board reconsiders arms merger date

As advised by Lyka Lab’ s consultants and merchant bankers, its board of directors has reconsidered the date of merger of its subsidiaries from April 1. Earlier, the board had approved the merger of Lyka Healthcare and Lyka Exports – both subsidiaries - with effective date from April 1, 2015. Shares of Lyka Labs edged down 3.6 per cent at ₹68.35 on the BSE.
