The board of directors of Maithan Alloys on Friday accorded in-principal approval to evaluate the proposal for sourcing alternative power for catering to the power requirements of the company.
The board has authorised the executive directors of the company to enter into necessary agreements and to finalise the terms and conditions thereof.
Shares of Maithan Alloys slipped 0.76 per cent at ₹578.05 on the BSE.
