Mahindra & Mahindra has signed two share purchase agreements.
The company says it has signed a share purchase agreement for acquiring 100 per cent of share capital of Erkunt Traktor Sanayii A.S. The other share purchase agreement is for acquiring at least 80 per cent of share capital of Erkunt Sanayi A.S.
