IT services company MindTree has allocated 45,239 shares under various employee stock option plans.
In a filing with the BSE, the company said that the shares were allocated under ESOP 2001 (1,063 shares), ESOP 2006(b) (42,286 shares) and ESOP 2008 A (1,890 shares).
