Asian stocks were ruling in a mixed range on Thursday.
Japan’s Nikkei 225 fell 31.09 points or 0.3 per cent to 10,426.27. Australia’s S&P/Asx 200 gained 22.7 points or 0.47 per cent to 4,819.20. New Zealand’s NZX 50 was up 4.13 points or 0.12 per cent at 3,356.43. Thailand’s SET was up 2.57 points or 0.26 per cent at 980.41. Philippine’s PSEi was down 0.13 points or 0.00 per cent at 3,890.94.
Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Taiwan’s stock markets are closed on account of Chinese New Year.
