Mohit Ind to road map demerger of AAC blocks

The stock of Mohit Industries will remain in focus on the bourses on Friday, as the company board is meeting to prepare a draft paper for a proposed demerger. The board had earlier approved a proposal to demerge its AAC blocks (Aerated Autoclave Concrete) business into a separate company to achieve operational and administrative efficiencies and also to concentrate on focused business and facilitate expansion plans.
