Navin Fluorine International on Friday informed the exchanges that Shekhar Khanolkar, Managing Director, has resigned due to personal reasons. The board has accepted his resignation and he would be relieved as Managing Director with effect from close of business hours on October 12, 2018. He will continue to serve the company with full responsibility in the interim for a smooth transition, the statement added further. Shares of Navin Fluorine International gained 1.6 per cent at ₹683.45 on the NSE.
