Open offer for Disa India begins today

Open offer from Naciron A/S and PACs –DISA Holding AG and DISA Holding A/S – to the shareholders of Disa India will open on Friday. The offer, for 3.77 lakh shares, is being made at a price of ₹3,513.01 a share. The open offer will close on May 11. Currently, promoters hold a 75 per cent stake in the company and domestic institutions, including DSP Blackrock Micro Cap Fund, hold 14.24 per cent. Retail investors own 10.38 per cent in the Disa India.
