Orbit Exports Limited

The board of directors of Orbit Exports on Monday approved a proposal to issue one bonus share for every share held in the company. The board has also approved reappointment of Pankaj Seth as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and Anisha Seth as whole-time director with effect from April 1. Besides, the board also gave the nod to increase its authorised share capital and consequential alteration of the capital clause of the memorandum of association. The stock of Orbit Exports surged 9 per cent at ₹285.60 on the NSE.
