Pharma shares ride up on NSE, Lupin gains 3.4%

Pharmaceutical shares Lupin and Sun Pharma were among the top gainers on the NSE on Tuesday morning. At 11.50 am Lupin led the pack on the bourse, trading at Rs 1,986.95 as against Rs 1,921.50 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 3.41 per cent.

BPCL flared up 3.35 per cent at Rs 739.35 as against Rs 715.40 at close on Monday.

Bharti Airtel gained 2.45 per cent to trade at Rs 392.65 as against Rs 383.25 at close yesterday.

Sun Pharma rode up 2.01 per cent to quote at Rs 1,044.80 as against Rs 1,024.25 at close on Monday.

M&M drove up 1.98 per cent to trade at Rs 1,209 as against Rs 1,185.50 at close overnight.
