Royal Orchid Hotels expands Gurgaon property, adds 48 suites

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL) announced today it will expand its Regenta Suites property in Gurgaon by adding 48 suites, increasing the total room count to 115. The expansion comes in response to rising demand for accommodations in this business district near Delhi.

The shares of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL) were trading at ₹341.90 down by ₹8.30 or 2.37 per cent on the NSE today at 11.05 am.

The hotel, situated near Golf Course Extension and Good Earth City Mall, is one of Gurgaon’s first all-suite full-service hotels. The property features a rooftop pool, an all-day dining restaurant, and a pillarless banquet hall that can accommodate 200-300 people.

C.K. Baljee, CMD of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd, cited growing market demand as the primary reason for expansion. The hotel’s location within a mixed-use complex, which includes retail, entertainment, and wellness facilities, makes it attractive for both corporate and leisure travelers.

Royal Orchid Hotels currently operates more than 110 properties across India under various brands including Regenta, Regenta Central, Regenta Resort, Regenta Place, and Regenta Inn. The company focuses on operating 4-star, 5-star hotels and resorts targeting business and leisure travelers.
