Sagar Cements Limited

The board meeting of Sagar Cements will be held on December 5 to consider the allotment of 6,11,986 equity shares of ₹10 each on a preferential basis to promoters as well as non-promoters. Earlier, on November 28, the board fixed the issue price at ₹800 a share for the preferential allotment. Shares of Sagar Cements slipped 0.72 per cent at ₹695.55 on the BSE.
