Somany Ceramics Limited

Somany Ceramics has terminated its joint venture agreement with Keraben Grupo SA from June 1. The 50:50 joint venture company was not doing any operations due to unfavourable market conditions for the past few years, leading to its termination, the company said in a notification to the stock exchanges. The companies had entered into an agreement in 2006. Somany Ceramics shares edged down 0.42 per cent at ₹777.95 on the BSE.
