Commercial Syn Bags is in the process of expanding its operations at its SEZ unit at Pithampur in Madhya Pradesh, by setting up complete manufacturing facilities via installation of tape-line and looms with clean-room facilities for manufacturing food-grade jumbo and FIBC bags. The company is going for trial production at the SEZ unit in March, 2018 and commercial production is expected to commence from April. The company, however, said the actual date of commencement of commercial production will be intimated soon. BSE-listed Commercial Syn Bags slumped 5 per cent at ₹50.
